We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we’ll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, please provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface and include them in your email to us at info@einbastien.de. This quick and simple step helps us provide a speedy resolution.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

All of our products are made to order, specifically for you. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please use the link in your confirmation email. You can edit your order any time before it goes into production.

Once your order has gone into production, you may be eligible for a replacement or resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to report any quality issues.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once checkout is completed, we cannot cancel or refund any donation or tip.

Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time via your Billing page.
Cancellations take effect after your current membership period ends.
There are no refunds for the current billing cycle.

Damaged or Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph clearly showing the print issue or damaged area, along with your order number.
The best photos are taken on a flat surface, with the tag and issue clearly visible.

Refund Policies

Product Orders Refund Policy

Because all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of quality issues.
To be eligible, you must provide photo evidence showing the defect.

  • PayPal refunds typically return to your account within 24 business hours.

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations and Tips Refund Policy

All donations and tips are non-refundable.

Membership Subscriptions Refund Policy

Membership subscriptions are non-refundable.
You can cancel anytime, but your access will continue until the end of your current period. There are no partial refunds.

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable.
If you have trouble accessing your locked message after payment, email info@einbastien.de — we’re happy to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

International Orders

Will I have to pay extra taxes if I’m outside the US?
